“We enjoy wines that are as natural as possible.”

In the South Styrian Sausal, we cultivate 20 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines. On diverse slate and shell limestone soils, we create taut, straightforward, mineral wines and sparkling wines, which have been Demeter certified since the 2019 vintage.

Our special passion lies in producing elegant vintner’s sparkling wines using the traditional bottle fermentation method. Here, too, biodynamic cultivation plays a crucial role.

It’s an emotional decision that makes the taste of our wines and sparkling wines particularly authentic and original. We’ve learned to be attentive, to capture the subtle differences in nature, and to give the grapes the opportunity to express the full character of their origin.
